This blog is is a list of some of the things that have made me laugh the most over the years! Ever have the feeling that things have gone badly and nothing will save the situation? Not true, as probably my favourite story of all time ably demonstrates.... No matter how dire a situation something might just turn up to salvage it. I read this short tale in an English Sunday newspaper more than 20 years ago and fell out of the bed laughing when I got to the key phrase. It was a short section on people who had survived life threatening circumstances in unusual ways such as falling onto train tracks and miraculously not being harmed by lying flat between the rails as the train went over... Then there was the American lady who went hiking with friends and disastrously lost her footing at the top of a cliff and disappeared over the edge. Horrified, her companions rushed to the base of the cliff fully expecting their friend to be dead or severely injured due to the large fal...
